As the Assistant Principal at Creative British School, I take immense pride in my role and have an unwavering passion for being a part of this vibrant educational community. My journey in education spans over a decade, during which I’ve had the privilege of teaching in three different countries. This diverse experience has enriched my understanding of various cultures and religions, which I believe is an essential aspect of fostering a truly inclusive and global educational environment.

My love for education runs deep, and my dedication to developing students’ knowledge and transferable skills is at the core of my professional ethos. Head Of Secondary

Hello, I’m Sean Doherty, and I’m thrilled to be a part of this vibrant educational community at Creative British School. I have nine years of experience in the field of education, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings, including Northern Ireland, England, and Abu Dhabi. These experiences have not only shaped my teaching philosophy but also instilled in me a global perspective that I eagerly share with my students.

My journey as an educator is driven by a deep passion for teaching. Beyond the classroom, I see myself as a mentor, guiding students on a path of self-discovery and academic excellence. Building meaningful connections with my students is at the core of my teaching approach, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where each student is encouraged to thrive.

In addition to my educational pursuits, I have a fascinating hobby that has been a significant part of my life for the past three years—I am an enthusiastic practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This martial art has not only taught me discipline and perseverance but also the importance of embracing challenges and striving for personal growth. I believe that these qualities translate seamlessly into my teaching philosophy, where I encourage my students to face challenges with resilience and a growth mindset.

Education, for me, is not just about imparting knowledge; it’s about nurturing character, resilience, and a global perspective. My multicultural background and love for martial arts inspire me to instill these values in my students, empowering them to become well-rounded individuals and global citizens.

Head Of MOE

Hello, I am Ms. Nour Nizar, and I am honored to serve as the Head of Ministry of Education subjects at Creative British School. My journey in education has been a remarkable one, rooted in the captivating town of Jordan, which I proudly call my hometown. In the year 2000, destiny brought me to the United Arab Emirates, and this incredible place has been my cherished home ever since.

My academic pursuit has been a diverse and enriching one. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of West London. Before that, I delved into the realm of education, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and Islamic Studies, along with a Diploma in English literature. This comprehensive academic background reflects my deep-rooted commitment to both education and personal growth.

My core educational philosophy resonates with the timeless wisdom of John Dewey. I firmly believe that education should be a source of joy, a journey of exploration, purpose, and personalization. For me, education is not a mere preparation for life; it is life itself. My mission is to empower young minds with the tools for lifelong learning, enabling them to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world.

Over the course of my career, which spans nearly 21 years, I have had the privilege of working in various educational settings, spanning primary and secondary schools. This rich and diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of different curriculums, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each student.

Beyond the world of academia, I find solace and inspiration in my personal interests. Watching football matches not only entertains me but also sharpens my analytical thinking skills. Additionally, I am an avid reader of cinema critiques, which allows me to explore the beauty of languages and cultures through the lens of storytelling. And when the opportunity arises, I embrace the exhilaration of sports car driving, a thrilling pursuit that mirrors my adventurous spirit.

In conclusion, I am deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of learners and leaders at Creative British School. My journey, from a beautiful town in Jordan to the heart of the UAE, has been one of growth, passion, and dedication to the transformative power of education. I look forward to continuing this incredible journey with the students, parents, and staff of our esteemed institution.
